The Artful Letter: Correspondence as a Reciprocal Craft

An intimate workshop on creative letter-writing as a craft and spontaneous form of meaningful expression and connection.
Annalee has a robust epistolary practice and hopes to guide others in this meditative, engaging, and reciprocal art form. We will create together, learn new techniques, and draft a letter or two to stamp and send.
Letter-sending is not just for those with perfect penmanship, come play!

Collaborations
Our Emerging Creative Self:
A Crafted Portrait In Art & Words
In collaboration with the incredibly talented visual artist, Erin Schantz-Hilton, Annalee is offering an in-person workshop in art and words. Erin and Annalee have built an immersive workshop experience to tap into our innate and authentic creative selves, brought to our independent communities on the East and West coasts of the United States where we both make art and teach.
This class is for artists of ANY level and skill (beginners who claim they "aren't creative" are especially encouraged to attend!)

Workshop format will be three prompted and guided exercises Annalee and Erin have carefully crafted around visual art and writing techniques and the fluid concept of "self portrait" and what it means to be a narrator of our own story and identity. Expect to leave with a few new pieces, LOTS of new ideas to continue growing and creating at home, and a supportive community of others who speak the same language of "living through art"
~This workshop is a beautiful gift to yourself.
